Rental Agreement and Policy

All operators of the golf cart are to review and sign the agreement to the Rental Rules and Town Parking Policy.

Golf Cart Deposit

Pay the deposit 10 days before arrival.

Full payment of the golf cart rental is due 5 days before your house rental check-in date.

Pay Rental Fee

Off Season Rental

October 1st through March 31st.

$40 per night.

Off Season REntal based on your nightly stay

In Season Rental

Rental for dates of April 1st through September 30th. Parking pass is included with your rental. Please obey parking rules to avoid fines.

Rental Cost Per Night

$80 per night.

$15 one time rental fee

Golf Cart Rental Pricing

The deposit will be refunded within 5 days after checkout.
