What is the rental process?

Before Your Arrival

Review and sign the agreement to the Rental Rules

Review and sign the agreement to Town Parking Policy.

Pay the deposit 10 days before arrival. Special circumstances can be made for house rental reservations less than 10 days before arrival. Your host will work with you on the deposit and payment dates.

Waivers must be completed by anyone operating the golf cart.

Full payment of the golf cart rental is due 5 days before your house rental check-in date.

Remove all trash

Rinse out the sand and wipe out the seats. A bucket and rag were provided.

Plug the golf cart into the electric outlet.

Ensure any parking fines that could have been issued during your stay have been paid.

Failure to do any of these will result in the loss of your deposit.
